If something's gone wrong, the most useful thing you can tell me is what you were doing right when it happened, plus whatever device or browser you were on if you happen to know it off the top of your head. A screenshot says more than several sentences of description ever manage to, so don't feel like you need to write a full report. Just show me what you saw.

I'd love to hear it. This is a project I build in spare evenings rather than something with a whole team behind it, so I can't promise a fast turnaround, but every idea that lands in my inbox genuinely shapes what I work on next, more than almost anything else does.
