Frequently asked questions

No signup and no password. When you create a list, we give you a private link, and that link is what gets you back in. Save it somewhere safe, because there's no email or login to recover it with.

No, the list itself lives at its link for good. Your browser will also remember a few of your most recent lists under “Your lists” on the homepage, so you can jump back in without hunting for the link, but that's just a convenience for this device. The link is still the real way back in, so keep a copy of it somewhere you'll find again.

Use the Copy link button or the QR code on your list page and send it however suits you. Anyone with the link can view and edit the list, so only share it with the people you're furnishing the home with.

Each item gets a thumbs up or thumbs down from everyone on the list. The first time you vote on a device, we'll ask which of you it is, then remember that choice so you don't have to pick again. A list isn't limited to two people either: add as many as you need from the list page, everyone added can vote and add items, and we'll show who added what so it's easy to keep track.

Yes. Mark an item Ordered once you've bought it, then Delivered when it turns up, right on the item card. It's a small thing, but it's what stops the same rug getting ordered twice by two excited people.
